TPU 之英文名為 Thermolplastic Polyurethane，中文名稱為熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯， 可分聚酯﹑聚醚系列產(chǎn)品，因其分子結(jié)構(gòu)性單純（僅含C﹑H﹑O﹑N）焚化燃燒時(shí)無(wú)空氣污染﹐埋于土壤中因受濕度及微生物作用3~5年內(nèi)自然分解﹐TPU的無(wú)毒環(huán)保性能是取代PVC制 品的世界潮流﹐而其獨(dú)特的理化性能更是讓其它高分子材料望塵莫及的﹒TPU系列產(chǎn)品已成為新世紀(jì)各行業(yè)首選環(huán)保材料﹒
本公司生產(chǎn)機(jī)能性高分子彈性體TPU薄膜及板材,其具有強(qiáng)度高﹑彈性好﹑耐摩擦﹑耐黃變﹑耐氣候等特性﹐適用於車(chē)縫﹑墊壓﹑高週波等加工﹐也可以印刷﹑真空成形等。本公司可生產(chǎn)0.012mm-0.5mm厚度的TPU FILM﹐有多種壓紋可供選擇﹐其廣泛應(yīng)用於鞋類(lèi)鞋材﹑成衣﹑醫(yī)療用品﹑箱包手袋﹑汽車(chē)飾件﹑運(yùn)動(dòng)用品﹑國(guó)防用品等耐用性高級(jí)材料。
TPU特性﹕
一﹒耐磨損
耐磨損是考驗(yàn)塑膠製品耐用與否的硬指標(biāo)之一。一般的塑膠製品經(jīng)常受摩擦﹑研挫等機(jī)械之作用下會(huì)導(dǎo)致其表面損耗﹐TPU FILM 耐磨性能優(yōu)異﹐較天然橡膠耐磨五十倍以上﹐是耐磨製品選的材料之一。
二﹑耐屈折性能
一般的塑膠製品在重復(fù)作用力下容易折裂﹐TPU FILM之製品在實(shí)驗(yàn)中證明了其在高強(qiáng)度的作用力下仍然保持不折裂，優(yōu)秀的耐屈折特性可適合對(duì)耐屈折性能要求高的產(chǎn)品系列。
三﹑抗撕裂性能
撕裂強(qiáng)度就是判斷材料抵抗撕裂作用的能力﹐本公司生產(chǎn)的TPU具有高度抗撕裂能力﹐在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異﹒
四﹑抗高溫與抗氧化性能
一般的塑膠材料長(zhǎng)期在高溫（如60℃以上）的環(huán)境下容易產(chǎn)生氧化﹒TPU抗氧化能力良好﹐一般而言耐高溫性約在90-120℃以上。
Characteristics of TPU
1. Wear-resistance
Wear-resistance can be one key point to represent a product’s quality. Generally, surface of TPU would be worn down due to rub, scrub and file when machines are processing. TPU has 50 times higher wear-resistance than any other natural rubbers. And it is the best choice for wear-resistance products.
2. Bending resistance
Many plastics products are easily broken down when used constantly. TPU products can maintain a very high bending resistance under different kinds of circumstances. It is suitable for high resistance required products.
3. Tearing proof
Tearing strength is the ability to determine how much tearing how much tearing that material can resist. TPU has very high tearing resistance ability and it has excellent performance in real application.
4. High temperature resistance and anti-oxidation
Normal plastic materials are easily oxidized in high temperature (e.g. above 60oC) circumstance. TPU has an excellent anti-oxidation ability, generally speaking, its endurance ranges between 90-120oC.

TPU shoes application
(1) Main Scope
The main applications of TPU are in shoe industry such as shoe-pads, shoe materials, stationeries and automobiles.
(2) Specifications
